As I begin this newsletter, it seems important to provide some context for my perspective on organizational change.
* 30 years of studying, developing, learning, writing, and teaching change management frameworks and skills
* Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational psychology; faculty positions at Georgia Tech, Colby College, and several other institutions
* Founder of Resilience Alliance, focused on helping individuals and organizations thrive in turbulence; ongoing research and study in resilience; author of Prosilience: Building Your Resilience for a Turbulent World and Managing Change with Personal Resilience.
* Ongoing learning and teaching in Organization Development, including study of Appreciative Inquiry and related topics
My hope is to bring these various threads together to provide fresh perspectives and insights, and to continue my own learning and development to bring new ideas to you.
